Dabs is an anthropomorphic balloon. He has an orange head with a long nose, a blue body with a tie on it, yellow arms, and green legs. He wears a small black hat with a yellow stripe on it.

Dabs Looman is an air head. Literally. He's made of balloons and when he's not quizzing his heart out, he's worrying about getting popped. Stay away from Captain Quills, Dabs!
